2. 아예 PPT나 PDF를 통째로 업로드 (편집이 가능하다면 좋겠지만 우선은 보여주는 것만이라도 구현)

2.으로 현재 존재하는 이미지 업로드 기능으로 하면 어떤가요?

현실적으로 2번이 제일 구현 가능한 부분이고, ppt는 깨질 수도 있는 점을 고려해서 pdf로 변환 후 업로드 하는 쪽으로 개발하는게 좋을 것 같습니다.
