Bash debug session shall show debug perspective per default

This is a follow up issue for

• Describe how to show up debug view /perspective #216

Wanted

• Bash editor shall automatically show up debug perspective, when it comes to a bash debug session
• The feature shall be configurable in preferences, but it should be enabled per default

With last commit, the preferences have a new entry which is enabled per default:

When a bash debug session starts and the checkbox is enabled, the debug perspective will be automatically shown.
