This is the removal of the row hashing algorithm for Debezium 1.6, replaced with using event sequence identifiers. While this is open for review, we should delay merging this into 1.6 until we've reviewed the changes for 1.7/1.8 in tandem and confirmed that this approach looks solid.
I'll be opening the 1.7/1.8 changes later this week as those are more involved than what was required for 1.6.
