I suggest the formation of a "red-light district" within the Decentraland to help contain/manage/curate Adult services such as; Adult Live-chat, VR pornography, dating services and Adult themes e-stores.

This would help to contain adult-related content into a singular area or district allowing for easier management and to keep it away from younger users accidentally stumbling across it. I would suggest distributing the harder adult content towards the center of said district, and kept indoors to minimize unwanted exposure.

I suggested a dedicated channel on slack, but since the community have moved to Rocketchat I have yet to bring it up, as I have been a little busy the last few days. When something does get organised I will update here to link it.

I haven't been on Rocketchat of late as I have had a bad bout of the flu. But I guess it can't hurt to drop in and say something/check up on here. While we try to get some better form of communication underway. Certainly open to any suggestions.

Does anyone have a project in the works for this that they need land for? I am willing to contribute specifically to a well organized and focused group. I can offer some management and and organizational help if need be.

Great @BlacksheepAries I contributed 1 land :) so how does it work? I guess I own that land in that district now right? what are the detailed plans, I love the idea of the red light district and I can totally see it flourish :)

I am new to GitHub and new to this project but I would like to invest in this district. I am also unfamiliar with Rocketchat, but will look into getting in on it. Is there general information about investing in districts posted somewhere? Not just this one but other ones. I have just started reading up on Decentraland and am not too familiar. Anyways, I will go reserve some stakes and look forward to hearing more about the project.

Can i own a land in the district based on my contribution to run business? i believe that district is fine but idea is to have own property to rub business. I would like to have land based on contribution and run business as owner.

in a related topic. are there any plans to support a third party viewer to make the equivalent RLV that second life has - which allows additional permissions/communications between objects and people, or is there a way to integrate that functionality directly?

You won't get anything. The "Teamleaders" company "owns" all our land now legally and and he didn't make any suggestions that we really get a share in the value of the land, but he completely changed the direction of the project from "red light" to "nothing special".

You know that it won't happen. You blocked all your critics in the community in the chat. We did not "contribute" or "donate" land - we paid Mana for it and we are shareholders!

We can not. RobL could - but he wont do it because he wants to own our land.

Ask your lawyer. RobL has no intention to share anything with us.

If things don't get resolved they will definitely be resolved through other means, mind you they are all real names so chances are what you said won't work on them
