I compiled portaudio and flexasio without any change in the code for x64, and it seems to work.

@sencercoltu: thanks for looking into this. If you also want to look into making changes to the Inno Setup installer script (installer.iss) to properly support installing the 64-bit DLL, I'd be happy to merge the pull request.

I found some time to do this myself. I just released FlexASIO 0.2 with the appropriate changes. When run on a 64-bit OS, the installer will simultaneously install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of FlexASIO.
