This PR adds the crowdin configuration that I've found in an Antora issue tracker comment.
I've also moved the
enfolder todocs/en, so when we add new locales we don't pollute the top folder. For instance, new locales would be indocs/es/,docs/ca,docs/pt-br, etc.
