Decrediton 1.8.0 doesn't send #3902

Sending DCR says it creates the transaction. The transaction is shown as pending. The transaction stays pending for more than 40 minutes.

Recreating a new wallet with the same seed doesn't send either.

The network was recently changed to a new PoW mining algorithm so blocks are currently coming out slowly. Once new blocks start flowing normally, sending will no longer be an issue.

Blocks are flowing again....

Like I said the network was recently upgraded to a new PoW mining algorithm and miners took a little extra longer to find blocks. Decrediton is working as intended.
