v2.3.1 - DeepSend Update
DeepSend Protocol Upgrade
This release fixes an issue in DeepSend that where service nodes advertised them selfs with difference indexes resulting in an increasing number of nodes never being able to start the DeepSend process.
There is also a privacy update the will ensure that an address is never reused for a DeepSend transaction. This adds another of obfuscation to the process

Mandatory Upgrade for Incoming Segwit Activation
Version 2.2.0 is a mandatory upgrade in preparation of the incoming segwit activation. So everyone is required to upgrade to this version as soon as possible, to avoid a possible fork during the segwit activation in January 2021.

Version 2.1.2 is a maintenance release with the following improvements:
- Due to popular requests, the Deepsend sending limit is increased to 1000 ONIONs.
- Latest blockchain checkpoint up to block 1939000 is checked in Bitcoin blockchain and is verifiable in the wallet.

This version is not mandatory upgrade, it is compatible with previous versions. However you are strongly recommended to upgrade to take advantage of the latest features and make the wallet more secure. Version 2.0.5: fixed some known issues and improved DeepVault
v2.0.5 is a maintenance version and it fixes the fee issue which potentially could cause a fork. Because of this you are highly encouraged to upgrade to this latest version to avoid potential issues. Also, checkpoints are updated to the latest. DeepVault made some improvements too so that a deepvault.dat file is created which accelerates the startup and avoid a full scan of the blockchain.
As usual, we have DV version and non-DV version. Anyone can build non-DV version from the github, the code is open.
