This project is a React based calculator built as part of the Microverse React module coursework. It avoids using hooks and utilizes minimal css in order to practice state and props available to a react component class
The project is a react calculator app designed to perform basic calculations. By simply inputting a value, an operator, and another value it will return the final calculation of the input given.

To get this project up and running locally, you must have node and npm installed on your computer.
To get this project set up on your local machine, follow these simple steps:
Step 1
Navigate to the local folder where you want the repository to be cloned and run
git clone https://github.com/defoebrand/react-calculator.git
.
Step 2
Next, run cd react-calculator
.
Step 3
Run yarn start
to begin the server.
Step 4
Navigate to http://localhost:3000/
in a browser of your choice to see the application running
This project uses Jest for testing.
To run tests open a terminal inside the project's root directory and enter
yarn test
