This is just a place-holder pull request, so that we can have a conversation. Much of the conversation around this has happened in #37 (with @AndrewVos).
This change makes the extension load scripts from the extension's own directory. Let me know what you think.
Scripts in Chrome ext dir now. No ruby needed.
Page with OS-specific dotjs script dir info.
I think the main feature of dotjs is having your script files in ~/.js.
This kind of takes away from that? Maybe a symlink should be created in the Rakefile for unix based systems?

What happened to this issue?
I'd really like a non-dependant version of this, since I run windows myself.
