It seems when you run with --non-interactive it detaches all the containers, including the one you actually want to run.

Turns out it didn't detach all of them as much as just not sit there waiting for the one we still run with a tty.

This behaviour is still a bit weird in --non-interactive, but there are pull requests to dockerpty around this.
