Highlights

  • Redesigned and expanded the Irgun path for Israel.
  • Monarchist path for Mexico.
  • Most nations have had their starting civilian factories rebalanced to fit their historical industrial capacities.

Additions

  • Added Decisions to allow Prince Gustaf's Coup Path Sweden to Re-Establish the Livonian Protectorate along with a series of Decisions to expand it.
  • Added some communist advisors for Bulgaria.
  • Added an option to disable the AI Coordination Decisions showcase.
  • Added a new character for Manchuria.
  • Added a few focuses to Qing and pro-Japanese Manchurian branches.
  • Added elections to democratic Germany.
  • Added historical content, characters and GFX for the following nations: Yugoslavia, Belgium, Albania, Pakistan, Oman and Iran (as well as other nations).
  • Added a more historical 'Little Entente', replacing the mutual guarantees from CZE, ROM and YUG.
  • Added additional characters for Liechtenstein and San Marino.
  • Iraq's tree and content has seen a minor overhaul in terms of effects, GFX etc.
  • More straight-forward Loya Jirga for Afghanistan as well as more decisions for the Tribal BoP, other content included.
  • Syria's independence war is now a bit more fleshed out if someone wishes to play as them.

Adjustments

  • Mandate of Palestine collapse war is now set as a civil war, meaning that once one side capitulates they will be instantly annexed instead of triggering a peace deal.
  • Player controlled peace no longer applies when having 0 warscore or being on the losing side.
  • The Venezuela focus tree layout has been adjusted to be more compact.
  • Going Greater Italy now grants a free wargoal on Switzerland.
  • Intermarium and a Baltic Alliance are no longer indirectly mutually exclusive for Poland.
  • Redesigned Prince Gustaf's Coup Coring Decisions and expanded upon them.
  • Kashubia have had their claim on Hinterpommern replaced with a claim on Poznan.
  • Improved tooltips and added helpful indicators for decisions regarding the support of puppet governments.
  • Increased Chinese minimum capitulation threshold from 0% to 3%.
  • Persian liberation of Arabia now features a dynamic wargoal.
  • "Mechanized Marine Commandos" now provides extra +10% hard attack instead of inactive armour upgrade.
  • Decolonized SEA countries will not receive samples of free native commanders.
  • Set R56 Norway tree as default and added shared council branch for AAT owners.
  • Manchuria can't focus on warlords until they have dealt a solid strike to KMT/PRC.
  • Added a missing general role for one of the Guatemalan commanders.
  • Various adjustments to communist Germany.
  • Player side of the 3-sided German civil war will now keep focus completion.
  • Further resource adjustments. Most notably Greece and for Tungsten.
  • [non-BftB] Added a clarifying tooltip about army reform to a Greek r56 focus tree.
  • [MtG] UK can now evacuate colonial assets while being capitulated.
  • [BftB] Less political power spent in Bulgarian communist branch and for communist revolutionary.
  • [BftB] Integrating, destroying or Zveno-ying faction now hides effects on their loyalty in Bulgaria.
  • [BftB] Improved an event about a new communist Bulgaria leadership.
  • [BftB] Turkey will now be able to change ideology if party support is very high.
  • [NSB] Increased requirements to achieve the Third Rome legacy.
  • [BBA] Italy will lose the status of atomic innovator like in vanilla game.
  • [MtG] Disunited Soviet Union now has a focus to gain claims on lost land instead of starting with them, this makes them less of an immediate threat when playing one of the released countries.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed gaps in cores of the Macedonian Empire, Greater Italy and Roman Empire formable decisions, Bosporan Kingdom gets puppeted when released.
  • Reverted performance tweak of increasing event checking interval as it broke some events.
  • Removed crossing ability between France and the Channel Islands introduced last update, as it confused the AI and allowed convoy-less trade between France and UK.
  • Fixed a bug where Batista's influence would not be removed from Cuba upon turning communist.
  • Fixed Hormuz strait allowing ships to pass.
  • Bessarabia should no longer be demanded from countries at war with the USSR.
  • Romania can no longer steal Bulgaria when it is already a puppet, instead the subjugation event is sent to Bulgaria's overlord when applicable.
  • Various fixes regarding newly added trees such as Tibet, Philippines and Saudi Arabia. Most notably, the event for Tibet will now display the correct effect.
  • Made the Texas achievement actually possible.
  • [MtG] NKVD units inherited by some countries after dissolving the USSR by gamerule will now have their template unlocked.
  • [NSB] Added a sanity check for willingly becoming a Japanese Russia.
  • [ToA] Fixed a high command for Paraguay having no trait.
  • [ToA] Nerfed Paraguayan "French Volunteers" from 350k manpower (why, Paradox?) to 32k.
  • [BtfB] Fixed Turkish democracy events not firing which made going Democrat Parti almost impossible.

AI

  • Soviets should be now more prepared to war with Finland if Karelia issue was not resolved.
  • Democratic AI will prioritise "Limited Autonomy" occupation law more often as long as resistance target is kept low enough.
  • PRC will be more reluctant to attack neighbouring warlords while being at war with one of their neighbours.

Localization

  • Portugal's fascist name has been switched from 'Nacista Portugal' to 'Portuguese Empire'.
  • Fixed missing localization on some Danish ideas related to the North Sea pact.
