Miner can send the new_holidays transaction, in which case he won’t be receiving requests for his promised amount during the specified period. At the same time, DC won’t grow on promised amount during such period, except for DWOC. At this time it is impossible to cancel or delete holidays, so please be very careful using this transaction.
