EMCO gets margins for its miniconsoles

Adds four new constraints for EMCO, leftMargin, topMargin, rightMargin, and bottomMargin. They define a space between each miniconsole edge and the consoleContainer in pixels. It is seen as the grey area around the black miniconsoles below:

Also adds a bunch of ldoc styling changes. The old defaultish css hurt my eyes. Can see the new API Docs here: https://demonnic.github.io/mdk/1.0.2/index.html
