Build 95 Changes

- Moved legacy `TemplateService` into `template` API and fixed-up dependent code. Resolves #58
- Moved legacy `RenderingService` into new `interface` API, and fixed-up dependent code. Resolves #59
- [MAINT] Moved `getSidString` out of legacy `SelectionHandlerService` into `selection` API, and fixed-up dependent code.
- [MAINT] API documentation was starting to get harder to maintain so each folder now has its own README.md, which is accessible from the API's root folder.
