Allow user to press kill switch remotely through the server

Like we mentioned some time ago: preferably a 'pause' switch, a 'land' (soft-kill) switch, and a 'kill all power' (hard kill switch). We will need to think about incorporating automatic usage of these in cases like tracking failure etc.
