[GUI/Backend] Create Step Button/Functionality #68

Users should be able to step through pieces of the choreography. Once the end of a section is hit, drones would "hover" until stop or kill was hit.

A button should be created on the GUI that looks like a "skip track" button, which will signify step.
The server should know how to "separate" moves and hover in place until the next command is given.
