Huh, that's weird, when I was testing this on my branch it was working (not building osx). https://travis-ci.org/hayd/deno/builds/422847767

@hayd Thanks for looking into this... I'm also concerned the conditional will prevent it from building on tag builds (even if they are on master). I vaguely remember experiencing this once. see travis-ci/travis-ci#7780
