Replace extensions with up-to-date equivalents

  • Last updated in 2021
  • Replaced by Shopify.ruby-lsp (Included in shopify.ruby-extensions-pack)
• castwide.solargraph
  • Provides a Language Server Protocol
  • Not deprecated, but replaced with Shopify.ruby-lsp (Included in shopify.ruby-extensions-pack)
• LoranKloeze.ruby-rubocop-revived
  • Archived Since November 2023¹
  • Replaced by rubocop.vscode-rubocop (The officially supported extension)
• groksrc.ruby
  • Provides Ruby language colorization
  • Last updated in 2019
  • Replaced with Shopify.ruby-lsp (Included in shopify.ruby-extensions-pack)
• hoovercj.ruby-linter
  • Last updated in 2016
  • Same functionality is provided by Rubocop
• miguel-savignano.ruby-symbols
  • Last updated in 2019
  • Same functionality is provided by Shopify.ruby-lsp
• ms-vscode-remote.remote-containers
  • Still required

  • Still required

Not familiar with vscode but thanks for keeping these up to date and the changes to the root Gemfile go in the right direction I believe (eventual Gemfile unification).
