In addition to this fix to the app, I need on windows (using Node v0.6.4) to update the static.js file within my connect module that resides inside express. I assume once express updates that won't be necessary.
Anyway, combined it makes things like /terminal and /dashboard actually work on Windows
anyone following this issue for windows should update to at least this rev of static: senchalabs/connect@acd7aba#lib/middleware/static.js
