I was looking to test the use of Github Actions and learn about the .yml file architecture.
The scape.yml file is from Simon Willison's code here and slightly changed to fit this repo.

NOTE: The scrape.yml file contains the daemon to control scrape time. It runs every 4 hours on the 37th minute.
