Linking

`Network Error` on Android after scanning barcode

I was only able to get around this by resetting my phone 😞

signal-cli gives `User is not registered` after linking.

This seems to happen sometimes. Seems to be some chatter about it here: https://github.com/AsamK/signal-cli/issues/122

No real guaranteed solution that I've found, but I've had luck with just trying again later with a different device name.
