Poor fits to the WISE photometry can lead to larger-than-expected reduced chi^2 values when fitting the broadband photometry. Consider adding minimum photometric uncertainties in quadrature to the formal uncertainties. Also consider not fitting to W2, which can be impacted by non-thermal (AGN) processes which our model fitting does not (yet?) include.
