The failure on 17 on Windows is odd. I can't reproduce using what should be a very similar environment (Temurin 17.0.8 on Windows) |

I've seen the build failure on another PR which has nothing to do with the Gradle upgrade, so the failure I mentioned above has another cause which I've yet to identify. Merging this in the meantime. |
