In this release the following things are fixed.

luckydraw,option,magic these editors dont require you to click off the record before you can click save anymore simply just hit save after you're done editing the record and it will save.

Sorc flag adjusted (sorc flags were added) for skill editor

Added a crash fix for moball load function (credits to liquid)

Started working towards finishing affinity tool (wasn't working before)
Things not done:
- Affinity Tool
- Rare Option Tool needs rewritten
- Multi language needs fixed so it properly displays the appropriate fields based on ISO for the countries.
