Added dracula color theme

Description

• Added the Dracula color theme, handcrafted using the recommended colors
• Obviously there is way less color diversity, and less shades

Motivation and Context

The dracula theme is widely loved among developers, and having this theme would help having a complete dracula experience :)

How Has This Been Tested?

Well I just added it and hey it works :)
