New Devcoin 22.x (see #73) comes with segwit support, yet there aren't any nodes supporting it, first we need the network to upgrade to 22.x, then do a softfork specific for Segwit. Such event is currently set to happen at Devcoin block 516000 (see: 8bcd350)
