After running docker-compose up, the initial migration didn't run, I had to run it manually.

@claeusdev Good catch. I haven't ran the docker setup yet to see this bug so thanks for spotting it. Feel free to submit a PR to fix it. I guess the fix will add a command to the Dockerfile to run existing migrations.
