Replaced sass with sassc in Gemfile --> http://sass.logdown.com/posts/7081811
Re-introduced sass-rails because sassc was breaking trix in the asset pipeline. This will be a temp workaround. Added some conditiions for job renewal actions to be showed to only owners of job posts

Extracted the company jobs list into a partial Styled up the company jobs list for easy viewing
