TODO:

add NPM_TOKEN to the secrets in the repository (for publishing purposes). Ideally, create a new npm account with write access to microbundle to isolate what this NPM_TOKEN can be used for. Unfortunately, it's not possible to create personal NPM_TOKEN with write access only to a specific repository.
