Chatroom(Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, tailwindcss)

Chatroom Socket is a simple chat application that allows users to communicate with each other in real-time via sockets. This project is built using Node.js, Express, and Socket.IO.

Getting Started

Follow these instructions to get a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes.

Prerequisites

• Node.js (v10 or higher)
• npm (v6 or higher)
• tailwindcss (v3)

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/tishraq28/chatroom-socket.git
   

2. Navigate to the project folder:

   cd chatroom-socket
   

3. Install the dependencies:

   npm install
   

Running the Server

1. Start the server:

   npm start
   

2. Access the chatroom at http://localhost:8800
