According to the official cross-platform targeting guideline (see link
below), `netstandard1.x` is no longer needed when already targeting
`netstandard2.0`.

Also, .NET Core 1.x will reach their End of Life in only a few months
so there's even less reason for keeping on `netstandard1.x`.
