Description of the Change

This change

  • fixes the "division by zero" errors, by properly handling a missing scope.
  • fixes an error occuring when creating a project with a per day billing

Benefits

Projects without scope or with per day billing can be displayed again.

Applicable Issues

Implements #38, #42, #43 and #44
