App list filter spacing and Protect configuration background colour

Describe the bug

-> There should be no margin-left and margin-right in App list filter and Protection configuration background colour should be same while scrolling down which changes when it exceeds height beyond 100.

To Reproduce

[ordered list the process to finding and recreating the issue, example below]

1. Go to Dashboard home page
2. Observe the app list filter dropdown
3. Refresh page and observe the spacing between them
4. Go to Protect configuration and add number of environments and until scroll becomes available scroll down after exceeding the height the bg colour changes.

Expected behavior

-> Above issue should not be there
