This PR implements a snapshotting functionality into
tomato. The data of any running (or completed) job can be snapshotted viayadgusing theketchup snapshot [jobid]syntax.If the job is in queue, an error message is printed.
If the job is completed, a warning is printed, but the snapshot is generated.
