It's admittedly a bit arcane to do "Bucket: nick quotes <reply> <nick> said something funny <othernick> said another funny thing", so this plugin lets Bucket handle the more natural form "Bucket: quote add <nick> said something funny <othernick> said another funny thing" and pulls the target nick from the last line of the quote (as seems to be the most common in my bot's quote factoids). Also handles "* nick performs an action" as well, for completeness.
