Feature Enhancement: Stratum mining protocol support

BTC Guild intends to remove Getwork support. Native Stratum support would be nice to have instead of a proxy.

I am working on a program using diablominer's code but in order for it to be fully realized it needs stratum support. Can't wait for it to be added.

DiabloMiner ended development over a year ago. Please use cgminer instead.
