When doing an editable install, it can move the pyproject out of the way so that it's presence doesn't interfere
This way, the combined checksum isn't picking up other requirements

CBF sources and intermediate files were being scattered across site-packages. Only include these in the sdist, so that they aren't installed to the target directory.
Bump poetry to >1.1.0 because that's when this was added.
Also, some generation cleanup.
