Hello,
I've been using MultiQC to aggregate sample reports from bioinformatics tools like FastQC, AdapterRemoval, and KAT to make a single webpage that shows the status of the experiment. Here is an example with a tick genome project.

Whether or not a tool is in MultiQC has weighed heavily in my decision to use them and even though I want to use khmer I've found myself using KAT because the figures are already supported in MultiQC. While I can certainly write a few modules myself, I'm letting you know this tool is out there and it's a good way to get exposure :)

Warmest,
Olga

This is an excellent point. I have also considering switching tools when my preferred option wasn’t integrated with MultiQC. This would be god exposure for khmer, in my opinion.
