spotless-eclipse-cdt changed to 4.11 which refers to CDT 7.9 for Eclipse 4.11 as provided by #389.

Assuming CI passes, this LGTM. The changelog for lib ought to be updated as well, but I can do that easily when I release. Shall I publish a new spotless, or should I wait for other things down the pipeline?

I am working on #292. Problems are similar to CDT clean-up. Many things expect a flawless AST. But unlike CDT, I still hope I can convince it, that it actually doesn't need to index the imports. For C++ it is different, since it really needs to know whether classes/struts exist, or whether items are for example just pre-processor defines. I think for Java it can do without. The Java code foresees anyhow hooks for adapters...

Still don't know how complex it will be and how much time I can spare.

I leave it up to you.

Sounds good. If anyone asks for a release, I'll be happy to make one, but until then I'll wait :)
