In an unrelated issue, it was pointed out that the help for the images commands claims that we return more detail about images than we really do.

$ doctl compute image ls | head -n 1
ID           Name           Type           Distribution    Slug           Public    Min Disk

Yes the help output says we include other details like available regions.
