formatted-value display should have an option to translate the field value

Describe the Improvement

Right now there seems to be no way of showing a field value as a translated string, as far as I can tell.

One example where this would come in handy is showing the list of roles in a M2O selection drawer, where I currently don't have the option to show the translated version of the description, but only its placeholder.

I propose introducing an additional boolean option to the formatted-value display á la "Translate Field Value" that enables us to show translated field value in a backward compatible manner.
