Git: Cron keeps running after making namespace writable #552

Describe the bug

If the namespace has been switched to "writable" the sync cron needs to stop. Otherwise that feature would be unnecessary. At the moment it is keeps running. Maybe it should be shown somewhere that the cron is not running after the switch.
