$ direnv exec bash -c "true"
direnv: error stat bash: no such file or directory
$ direnv exec bash
direnv: error stat bash: no such file or directory

Meaning leaving out the DIR argument was never really an option.

```
$ direnv exec bash -c "true"
direnv: error stat bash: no such file or directory
$ direnv exec bash
direnv: error stat bash: no such file or directory
```

Meaning leaving out the DIR argument was never really an option.

Closes: direnv#492
