Interactions Endpoint URL Needed? #1101

I'm a bit confused atm. I've had a bot on v12 for a little over a year and decided to look into upgrading to v13 to start utilizing slash commands and some of the new interactions. I followed the guide and got as far as getting the slash commands registered and listening for However, when I use them they throw an ephemeral error that says "The application did not respond". The I have also done the official Discord "create your bot" tutorial and in that you need to set up an interaction endpoint url using express and ngrok (for local) then add to bot settings. The Discord.js guides don't cover this, at least that I could find. Is this a step that needs to be done? If so, where do I point it at? Are there routes pre-configured in Discord.js? I'm currently in local and have Ngrok setup incase that's needed. I'm hosted on Heroku for the production version. All of my other commands are still working with
