Detect OA status for arXiv papers registered as such in ORCID profiles #800

ORCID has recently added support to register papers by arXiv ID on ORCID profiles.

Our ORCID importer should detect them as OA directly. This is currently not the case:

We should review all IDs supported by ORCID and make sure the ones that are always OA are recognized as such by our importer.
