To complement the existing section on Customizing PDF output, the docs should be extended with additional examples that illustrate various approaches for customizing HTML-based output, including:

  • Simple parameter-based customization (using the HTML5 distribution docs as an example)
  • Customizing HTML with a .properties file (using the docs example from Move build parameters to .properties files #119)
  • Bundling CSS in a custom plug-in
