Fix Xbox gamepad axis assignment.

For gamepads with three axis pairs (like most standard layout ones),
SDL currently groups them in X,Y Z,RX RY,RZ order. It seems like the grouping
X,Y RX,RY Z,RZ makes a lot more sense.
