 Sync all the phone contacts to select a user for chat (consider phone number as unique Id for user)

 P2P messaging

 Group messaging

 Maintain the history of chat contacts & groups i.e. past chats

 Local database(SqLite) storage to view chat history while offline

 Other member/members should be notified by push notification when someone started a chat.
