Start Screen Message

As a UI Improvement, Adding a small message on the start screen would make it look a lot better,
Ill proceed as adviced...

Sorry for taking sooo looong to get back to this. My comments:

• for the console: this should open the console in the working directory of the problem, not just open a console (the user can do that using their system menu, there is no advantage to this being in Hightail)
• for the console: this should at least work on Linux, Windows and Mac. the way I see it, there should be a configuration option for what command should be executed to run the console
• for the start message: does this disappear once the user loads some problems? for sure it should not be a separate tab (like "Getting Started, A, B, C, ...)
